Dobrá Vinice - Chardonnay Qvevri 2013

The wine is fermented and matured in a Georgian 1000-liter container of red terracotta. Maceration for 9 months on skins, maturing for another 12 months in a oak barrel. The grapes are grown in organic production, without the use of chemistry, foreign yeasts, bacteria. Wine without added sulfur, unfiltered, without any additives.
The aroma is oxidative-mineral. The flavor is very mineral, cognac-honey.
ABV. 13,5%, SO₂ - 25 mg/l.
