Dobrá Vinice - Pinot Noir Rubin 2018

Dry ruby wine from Pinot Noir variety is made by selecting very ripe grapes. The wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels on lees. Spontaneous fermentation. It has a delicate aroma and taste with a hint of sherry notes.
All processes are natural, no any additives, no filtered. Alc. 14 % | SO₂ - 27 mg/l
Pairing: We recommend dark poultry with a strong sauce, tenderloin on cream with cranberries, chocolate cake and other desserts with red fruit jam or marmalade.
