MARADA - Gewürztraminer Orange 2021

Skin-contact and maceration for 3 weeks, 8 months aging in acacia barrel, bottled with gentle sediments. Just divine wine. Notes of rose hips, honeysuckle, and lychee on the bouquet are perfectly tempered by the light to medium tannic structure on the palate. This wine is both full of classic Gewürztraminer aromatics and more subtle, unique characteristics, not often found in the more over the top wines in this style.
This wine fits almost anything aside from very charred red meat. Could stand up to pork ribs as well as it could pair with delicate fish.
