Lightness and comfort. Pinot Noir 60% and Blauer Portugieser 40% complement each other nicely, 11 months in barrel, no sulphur. Pleasantly scrubbing but almost smooth tannins with lower alcohol. With a wonderful burgundy aroma. Best when chilled. Unfiltered, unfined, Sur-li, Oak barrel, Alc. 10%
