Very nice Pét-Nat made from Neuburger, Grüner Veltliner and Müller Thurgau (50/30/20%).
The grapes come from a biodynamically cultivated vineyard - approx. 40 years old. Before the end of fermentation, the wine was bottled, fermented and matured in the bottle for 8 months in the cellar. The fermentation took place spontaneously without added yeast, unfiltered, unfined, unsulphured. Alc. 11%.
Juicy, lively, sparkling, natural wine with excellent acidity. On the tongue, the fruitiness is combined with the creaminess of the yeast lees.
!!!ATTENTION: must be cooled to 0°C before serving. Otherwise, you wouldn't have much left in the bottle after opening!!!
