The wine fermented and matured for 14 months on yeast in French oak barrels.
The wine here is quite rich and develops a wide aromatic palette. Yellow fruits in brandy (Mirabelle plum, peach), currants, floral notes then oriental spices (cumin).
The palate is sapid, generous while retaining a beautiful minerality.
All processes are natural, no any additives, no filtered. ABV. 13 %
