Herzanovi - Pinot^2 2020

⅓ of Pinot Noir and ⅔ of Pinot Gris which macerated together, spontaneous fermentation took place and then it matured for 12 months in oak barrels. And of course no sulfur added. It is difficult to say if this Cuvée is in the category of red, rosé or orange wine. You cannot simply put it in the box! The flavour is quite intense, juicy with a hint of cherries.
