Joyda Cider - Three barrels 2021

Spontaneously fermented Cider matured for a year in barriques, blended before bottling, was not filtered or artificially sulfurized.

The apples come from Vysočina and Šumava: 1/3 Strymka, 1/3 Matčino, 1/3 Reneta

Aroma: very attractive, expressive aroma with notes of jasmine, overripe oranges, tangerines and rare spices
Flavour: distinct, juicy taste with a dominant note of tangerine and orange, pomelo with a very pleasant and long aftertaste

Dry, still. ABV 6,8%
