Joyda Cidre - Biker 2021

Spontaneously fermented cider, matured in a stainless steel tank for 6 months, was not filtered or artificially sulfurized.

The apples come from Vysocina - Strymka, Matcino, Croncelske.

Aroma: apple, complemented by tons of dandelion honey and overripe orange
Flavour: delicate and elegant taste with tons of yellow melon, plum, cherry herbs with pleasant acidity on the finish

Dry, slightly sparkling. ABV 6,8%
