Joyda Cidre - Silent Ninja 2020

Dry & very silent Cider from apples of the varieties Panenské české, Matčino, Boskoopské red, Kožená reneta, Strýmka. The cider was aged for 12 months on coarse lees on stainless steel. Aroma: Pear blossom, candied orange peel, fresh herbs (chamomile, motherwort), plum mandarin and cinnamon. Taste: full-bodied, electrifying, attractive, bittersweet with dominant notes of tangerine, nettle, orange peel, meadow honey and cinnamon.
Note: the cider will keep for at least 14 days open in the fridge without tending to spoil - suitable for pouring by the glass. ABV. 6%
