Riesling 2021 | Michal Kacetl

The Riesling macerated for 3 days on the skins and straight from the press went to ferment in older French oak barrels where it matured for 11 months on all lees without adding any additives. Unfined, unfiltered, slightly sulfurized before bottling. Fine acidity, decent minerality. Very fresh wine with hints of citruses and green apples. Alc. 14,5%

Absolutely fantastic full-bodied Riesling with a hint of skin-contact. Lovely structure.
