This is a really perfectly drinkable rosé made in the "redhead" style, which is a blend of blue grapes (60% Pinot Noir, 10% St. Laurent) and white grapes (30% Chardonnay).
Everything was directly pressed together, the wine spontaneously fermented and matured in a stainless steel, then another month in an acacia barrel. And it worked beautifully.
This Ryšák has a lot of energy and flavor structure, sparkling acidity and also a fine mineral line, a very elegant and beautifully balanced wine. In aroma and flavor, the wine resembles champagne wine style. Alc. 11.5%
