Donatus - Riesling 2021

Late harvested organic grapes, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel on the fine lees for 6 months. Fresh aroma and juicy full-bodied wine with a nice structure and sharp lime acidity. The taste is beautiful - citruses, apricots and pears with hint of salinity, gooseberry, nice minerality. Only 400 bottles produced. Alc. 13 %
