Herzanovi - The Old School 2020

Perfectly balanced cuvee made from 50 years old vines. It' s a blend of mainly Müller Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger ( and also Riesling, Chardonnay, Traminer). Spontaneous fermentation in older french oak barrels, 15% fermented on skins and then it stayed in barrels on gross lees for 11 months. Unfined, unfiltrered, no sulpfite added. The wine is very energetic, mineral with a dominant aroma of green apples, quinces, citruses and elderflowers.
