50% grapes 1 month skin contact, spontaneous fermentation, matured 12 months in oak barrels. Intense but well balanced spiciness and juicy on the tongue with a beautiful flavour of Grüner Veltliner. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfite added. Elegant, layered aroma.The flavour is deep, intense and firm. Long aftertaste.
