Dry, pet-nat (lightly sparkling) cider. 4 months on stainless steel on coarse sludge, infused in a light fermentation process, aged on the bottle. Apples originally from the Central Bohemian region - around Říčany - picked by my sister and friends in the garden and abandoned avenues of old trees.
Varieties: Panenské české, Matčino, Rubín, Spartan, Banánové zimní, Strýmka, Koženáč.
No added sulphur and other additives, Unfiltered, Unsprayed apples.
Aroma: intense apple aroma with notes of flowers, citrus (tangerine, orange), white peach and rare spices (cloves, cinnamon).
Taste: is full-bodied, fresh and attractive, with dominant notes of citrus (tangerine and orange) and a longer spicy-honey finish.
Note: the cider will keep for at least 14 days open in the fridge without tending to spoil - suitable for pouring by the glass. Alc. 5.5 %
