Sklep 58 - "Kosmonaut" Laurot Rosé 2021

The Kosmonaut rosé is made from a hybrid called Laurot. After spontaneous fermentation, matured for 8 months in oak barrels. On the nose you will experience red fruits and ripe strawberries. Drinking it, recognize fruity red, candy-ish notes but with good acidity, which saves it from being a sweet rosé. Dark in colour, though juicy and fruity fresh wine. No added sulfur and no filtration. Alc. 12.5 %, Produced 670 bottles.
