Amazing orange Pét-Nat, field blend from many varieties, all grapes pressed, fermented together. The grapes come from a biodynamic vineyard, 40 years old. Before the end of fermentation, the wine was bottled, fermented and matured in the bottle for 8 months in the cellar. The fermentation took place spontaneously without added yeast, unfiltered, unfined, unsulphured. Alc. 11%

Creamy, slightly sparkling orange wine wine with beautiful notes of apricot, peach, orange peel, honey and spicy aftertaste. Yummy!
