Dobrá Vinice - Kambrium Cuvée 2021

The cuvée is composed of the varieties Gruner Veltliner 50%, Riesling 30% and Sauvignon20%. The grapes come from the Podyjí National Park, from the Proterozoic layer. The expression of the wine is very mineral with a predominance of quartz.
Nicely combined with seafood and hard well-aged cheese. No additives and no filtration. Alc. 13 %, SO₂- 23 mg/l.
