The wine matured for 12 months on yeast in oak and acacia barrels. Pressed from whole grapes. The wine has a soft golden color and a persistent aroma of flowers and minerals. The distinctive taste develops into tones of green apples with an absolute predominance of distinctive minerality with nice acidity, which is very intense and persistent.
