Donatus - Pálava Orange 2021

Pálava is crossbreed of the Gewürztraminer and Müller Thurgau, developed in Moravia in 1953. The wine macerated for 30 days on the skins and then aged for some time in barrels. Of course unfiltered, unfined, no sulfite. It's wild, juicy, aromatic, herbal - the aroma has notes of sweet spices, dried apricots and orange marmalade. In addition, it has mild tannins. It is smooth to drink, the acid is balanced and supports the spicy taste. This wine just needs some time to breath, but then it's fantastic. Alc. 13 %
