The blend of Pálava 80% & Gewürztraminer 20%.
Maceration on the skins in Qvevri amphoraes in the ground for 9 months. Unfinned, unfiltered, no sulfite added. Orange color and challenging aroma. The aromas of apricots and dried oranges complement the spicy tones of dried herbs. The flavour is astringent and intense. It brings ripe fruits and spices to mind. Long aftertaste.
