Blaufränkisch Rosé 2021

Grapes partially pressed whole, partially lightly macerated. Spontaneous fermentation, then wine matured for 11 months on gross lees in oak barrels without any additives. Fresh, aromatic, creamy with a nice body, ideal for BBQ. Red grapefruit, black currant, strawberries. Unfined, unfiltered.
