Kacetl - Grüner Veltliner Orange 2020

Grüner Veltliner matured for 11 months in a stoneware vessel on gross lees. Different batches of Veltliner were mixed into one and left to ripen together. The first part (55%) laid on the skin for 3 weeks. The other part (25%) was macerated for one day and the remaining 20% was attacked by the noble fungus Botrytis cinerea. Fantastic Veltliner, medium body, creamy, unique and for true wine lovers. Alc. 10.5%
