Fresh cuvée Pinot Blanc (80%), which gives the wine a distinctly full body, and Riesling (20%), which enlivens it with excellent acidity and actually dominates the wine's aroma as well. Expect notes of lemongrass, green tea and apples. In the taste, again, peach juiciness with herbal sorrel acidity. This wine really brought us to our knees this year. Unfiltered, unfined. Alc. 13 %
