Sunrise full of subtle flavors, i.e. a combination of Welschriesling (60%) and Sylvaner (40%). Lighter in body, floral in aroma, pleasantly fruity in taste with refreshing acidity. Spontaneous fermentation, 9 months aging in older oak without sulphur, unfiltered. Alc. 11.9%
