Směska I^2 - Zero waste 2022

We hate waste and unused potential, so we enjoy this wine twice as much! The remaining must from many varieties was macerated for 2.5 months in an open oak vat on an extra portion of skins from previously pressed wines, which increased its intensity. After maceration, the wine was slowly pressed on an old wooden press, aged in a barrel and bottled under the crown. It is alive, fun, infused with fruity and spicy notes such as baked peaches, apricot marmalade with spices or dried orange peel. We enjoy it a lot and you will too. Alc. 11.6 %
